Prescott and Granite Dells
December 8, 2012: Our first trip to Prescott since moving back to Arizona. We took the long way through Congress, following the same route we took during a date many years ago. We stopped at the ‘ghost town’ of Stanton on the way, and weren’t impressed with the lack of ‘ghost’ town as it’s been converted into an RV park for hobbyist miners. In Prescott, we toured the downtown area and the Sharlot Hall Museum, and ended the day with Sunset on Watson Lake and the Granite Dells.
